Lo-Tong town stands in middle of I-Lan country; it is a key town in the Lan-Ying.
To the south is Dong-Shan-Xiang, bounded by Lan-Ying Creek in the north, to the east
is Wu-Jie-Xiang, and to the west is Sian-Xing-Xiang. The town has an approximate
population of 71,000 of people, with a total area of 11.344 square kilometers; it is the
smallest town of the country. After the ancestor “A-Wen” brought wasteland under
cultivation it is now becoming the most major town in Lan-Ying plain.

For the coming of E century we are now preparing to construct internet communication
therefore to connect to local characteristics, construct life-force in Lo-Tong, rebuild
industries and commercials to increase the charming of the town, therefore the town will
become “The Lo-Tong town that is ostentatiously prosperous and beautiful”.
